Client & member portals
Secure logged-in spaces where your clients track progress, exchange documents and get answers — replacing the email threads nobody can find.
When off-the-shelf software cannot run your operation, we build the platform that can — portals, dashboards and internal tools shaped around the workflow that makes your business different.

Secure logged-in spaces where your clients track progress, exchange documents and get answers — replacing the email threads nobody can find.
02
Live operational dashboards that pull your numbers into one honest view, with reports generated on schedule instead of assembled by hand.
03
Availability, bookings, reminders and payments orchestrated end to end — built around your rules, including the awkward ones SaaS tools refuse to model.
04
The re-typing between three tools that eats your team's week, replaced by one platform that owns the whole flow with an audit trail.
05
Role-based access, authentication and data protection designed in from the schema up — because a portal is only as good as its boundaries.

Microsoft 365, Stripe, accounting tools and industry systems connected properly, so the platform joins your business instead of fragmenting it further.
A bespoke platform makes sense when the way your organisation works cannot be represented cleanly by a standard subscription product. The signal is usually operational friction: teams copy information between spreadsheets, customer updates live in email, reporting takes days, or staff work around software rather than through it. We map that real workflow before proposing screens or technology, then decide which parts deserve automation and which should remain human decisions.
Not every process needs custom software. Where an established product already solves the problem well, we say so and integrate it. Custom development is reserved for workflows that create competitive advantage, require unusual permissions or data relationships, or need several existing systems to behave like one coherent service.
Portals often contain commercially sensitive documents, customer records and operational data. Authentication, role-based permissions, audit history, validation and recovery are therefore designed with the data model, not added after the interface is finished. Each role receives only the information and actions it needs, while administrative changes remain traceable.
The finished system is deployed into accounts your organisation controls. Source code, infrastructure, domains and third-party services remain transferable and documented. That prevents dependency on a proprietary agency platform and gives future internal teams or suppliers a clean foundation to continue from.
Work is divided into testable stages, beginning with the highest-risk workflow rather than the easiest screen. You receive a working staging environment early and review real behaviour throughout delivery. Regular demonstrations expose incorrect assumptions while they are still inexpensive to change, and the agreed scope stays connected to measurable operational outcomes.
Launch includes production migration, monitoring, documentation and a clear support path. Where an existing spreadsheet or legacy database must be replaced, migration is rehearsed against representative data before cutover. The aim is not merely to release software, but to make adoption safe for the people expected to use it every day.
Yes. The project is built for your organisation, with code and production accounts handed over under the terms agreed in the proposal. We document the architecture so another capable team can operate it.
Usually. We assess each system's API, data exports, authentication and rate limits during discovery, then design integrations with retries, validation and audit trails rather than fragile one-off scripts.
Yes. Phased delivery can move one workflow or department at a time, preserving necessary exports and hand-offs until the new platform has proved reliable in production.
Timing depends on workflow complexity, integrations, migration and assurance requirements. After discovery, we provide a written scope with milestones, dependencies and an explicit route to the first usable release.
